Pezarro group: Redefining Luxury Restoration

Sailboat On Calm Lake

Meet the Founder

For twenty years, I worked at the intersection of performance and precision. Elite sport. Michelin-level kitchens. Five-star hotels. Luxury automotive. Executive services. Born in South Africa, based in Vancouver, and fortunate enough to have operated inside these worlds across multiple continents.

In every one of them, I saw the same gap.

What we do

We believe sleep, restoration, and well‑being are not amenities, but a single, interconnected system.

Architecture, operations, technology and service are aligned to achieve one goal: supporting a guest’s nervous system from the first hello, defining and setting the standards as to what a space must provide for true recovery and a good night’s sleep.

Modern life holds people in constant alertness. Noise, light, interruptions, and unpredictability are ambient, not occasional. This is a structural mismatch between human biology and the environments we now inhabit.

Our work is to define, audit, certify and teach those governed standards and conditions within luxury hospitality and private residences.

Kodawari

A Japanese devotion to detail.

Doing even the smallest thing with quiet excellence, whether or not anyone is watching.

At PEZARRO, we direct this spirit toward the night. Every element: light, sound, air, and ritual is refined to restore the nervous system and support true rest.

Our standards go beyond beauty to ask: was every detail engineered for restoration?
